[00:01:22] Which is a heat wave yeah, it is it is the elves are going nuts

[00:01:26] Did I tell you about what happened when I went to Seattle? No

[00:01:29] Yeah, I got to Seattle before my cruise and the person checking us in the hotel was like

[00:01:33] Oh, I am so sorry about the heat wave. It was 72 degrees

[00:01:37] What are you talking about heat wave never apologize for it being in the 70s and exactly in July. How dare you?

[00:01:45] um, I'm excited though for today because

[00:01:48] It's not every day you get to say goodbye to a month on the very last day of the of the month

[00:01:55] But we get to do that today. It's a very special. I'll say good riddance. Good riddance to Christmas in July

[00:02:00] Why do you say it not to Christmas in July but to July itself the reason that we have Christmas in July is because it's so

[00:02:06] Friggin hot that we have to do anything to think about something else. So kick rocks July

[00:03:09] Yeah, I watched maybe about 60 seconds of it just to get the feel for what the movie was and I was actually impressed

[00:03:15] It did not look like shark nato or something. Oh, this is back in 2012 this movie came out

[00:03:20] And we're just coming off watching twisters together, which was really good. So yeah, I'd like to watch this one

[00:04:47] I saw on facebook that the home alone house is up for sale

[00:04:51] I've included the description of the home with the asking price along with the name and the address of the realtor

[00:04:56] In case either of you are interested in purchasing

[00:04:59] Uh, so i'm not going to read the whole thing here. I will post it on the instagrams, but it's uh

[00:05:04] 9126 square feet five bedrooms six bathrooms 5.25 million dollars

[00:05:10] Which seems like a steal for such a piece of moomi moomi movie memorabilia. Yeah, I don't know

[00:05:16] Uh, I'd have to look at the comps in the area scott. Of course. This is uh, how good of a deal this is

[00:05:23] But just seeing the pictures of it has clearly gone through some remodeling on the inside

[00:05:28] They did not look this modern. Oh the inside looks completely different

[00:05:31] So if you have dreams of shooting home alone 10 or whatever, it's not going to really work out

[00:05:37] You do get the memorable staircase though, obviously of you know when kevin sleds down the staircase

[00:05:44] Was it white like this though? No. No. No. I think it had all that like 90s wallpaper. Yeah, this looks all modern

[00:05:51] And fresh. I don't like it. Who wants that? Who wants that?

[00:05:54] But you could make some serious money if you buy this house and then re re

[00:06:05] Um, and like rented out as an airbnb like event or something like that

[00:06:19] As the festive season is fast approaching i've been reflecting on what my family and I got up to last year

[00:06:25] We kicked it off with going to see elf the musical which was my kid's first encounter with buddy the elf

[00:06:30] Visited santa hosted our annual annual christmas party. I don't I don't know why it's two annuals. Maybe that's a typo

[00:06:37] Maybe I pasted it wrong, but I like this idea brain you want to come to my annual annual party

[00:06:42] It is the annual annual christmas party aren't flowers called annuals. Maybe it's a flower annual flower christmas party

[00:06:49] There you go. We wandered around in a christmas market. We went to two

[00:06:53] Hogman parties which is another name for new years in scotland. I believe john mccallister is uh

[00:07:01] Chaps and then we wrapped up the season with going to see a pantomime

[00:07:06] We also watched as many christmas movies as possible. We made gingerbread hoses

[00:07:10] I think he means houses, but I would also use the gingerbread hose you say it into scottish accent

[00:07:15] It's the gingerbread houses

[00:07:17] Ah that's what it is. Yeah, we're starting to think again about this year's plans

[00:15:43] Is starting this new uh thing as a 55 000 square feet of light sculptures

[00:16:00] And of course all the seasonal snacks and beverages that you could possibly want and maybe some visits from the big guy himself
