[00:01:14] After having a three foot Christmas tree in my room every year during Christmas

[00:01:18] I decided I wanted to get a bigger one

[00:01:20] Uh-huh, that's how it starts

[00:01:22] That's how it starts, yeah

[00:01:24] As I was thinking about one to get

[00:01:25] My grandma found this white tree that I really liked

[00:01:28] And it was about five feet tall

[00:01:29] The next day we went to Walmart to get a star and some lights for the tree

[00:01:33] I got a red mini star and white mini lights that look great on it

[00:01:36] That does sound nice

[00:01:37] That sounds great

[00:01:38] My brother loves decorating for Christmas even more

[00:01:40] And he got an almost seven foot Christmas tree for his room to add on to his two others

[00:01:45] Ooh, this is a Christmas family here

[00:01:47] So when we got at home, I set up my lights, ornaments, and star

[00:01:50] When I walked in on my brother's room

[00:01:52] I looked up and it was so big it almost hit the roof

[00:01:55] So that's how I got my first actual Christmas tree

[00:02:29] I thought it was wonderful that we got to have our own trees

[00:02:32] And it satisfied everyone

[00:02:34] Yeah, I have a tree in my room

[00:02:37] My boys have a tree in their room that we keep up all year

[00:02:40] I love a good little tree that you can keep up all year

[00:02:43] It's the way to do it

[00:02:50] I thought you might enjoy my Christmas tree from 2013

[00:02:53] I can't believe how long ago it was

[00:02:55] I was visiting my daughter in Seattle

[00:02:57] I arrived a few days before Christmas

[00:02:59] And was sad to discover that she and her roomies didn't have a Christmas tree

[00:03:03] When they all went to work the following day, I bought some ornaments and decorations

[00:03:07] I got a bit creative with their clothes steamer

[00:03:10] And they loved it

[00:03:11] Hope you enjoy it too

[00:03:13] I put a picture of this on our Instagram brand

[00:03:15] I love this impromptu tree

[00:03:18] What a clever idea

[00:03:19] It's so bad it's good

[00:03:21] Like, it's just awesome

[00:03:23] This reminds me of when I moved to Greenville

[00:03:27] I had a roommate

[00:03:28] We were both engaged

[00:03:30] And so we needed somebody to live with for like a year or two

[00:03:32] You were engaged to somebody else?

[00:03:35] No, I wasn't

[00:03:36] Okay

[00:03:36] And anyway, we're just a couple of dudes

[00:03:39] You know, in our early 20s

[00:03:41] We didn't really know how to

[00:03:42] We didn't have any decorations or whatever

[00:03:44] Didn't have any money

[00:03:49] Like, we're like, we should decorate more

[00:03:51] And so we just had this like

[00:03:52] Old school garlands

[00:03:55] That we just kind of like hung

[00:03:56] Hung in the living room wherever we could

[00:03:59] And it looked awful

[00:04:00] But it brings a smile to my face when I think about it

[00:04:02] And this type of thing

[00:04:05] Kind of gives me those type of vibes

[00:04:07] I love that
