[00:00:02] This is a Bramble Jam Podcast

[00:00:04] I'm from the North Pole. It's time for Christmas morning

[00:00:17] The Daily Show where every day is Christmas

[00:00:22] Here are your hosts

[00:00:23] Bran

[00:00:32] Well, well, well hello everybody. It's your good friend Bran

[00:00:36] I'm back for another episode of Christmas Morning and it wouldn't be Christmas morning

[00:00:41] What out Scotty Scotty Merry Christmas pal?

[00:00:44] Merry Christmas to you Brandon. How's it going? It is going

[00:00:49] Splendidly I must say splendidly. I'm glad to hear that. How's your Christmas spirit?

[00:00:54] My Christmas spirit is I don't know all-time high Scotty

[00:00:56] I I don't know what's getting into me, but I'm just really feeling it right now

[00:01:01] I wish it feels like it's not August. It feels like I'm in the middle of December right now

[00:01:06] I'm loving it. I'm going to stores. I'm looking for Christmas. We got some good emails about that

[00:01:12] Yeah, and I told you I texted you my wife went to Costco here in the Greenville of South Carolina

[00:01:17] yeah that greenville and

[00:01:19] She saw some Christmas stuff. So it's poking poking itself up. It's like hey here. I am yeah

[00:01:25] You sent me that video and then I went to my Costco and I saw the same thing

[00:01:29] There weren't actual Christmas trees like right, you know evergreen style, but there were some outdoor decorations

[00:01:35] It has definitely shown up and it's before September, which I always think is a great thing

[00:01:41] I think it's I think it's the only thing that is that makes sense in this crazy messed up little world

[00:01:47] We're living in Scotty. Well, that's a little extreme, but okay. Sorry. I just gotta wait for me quickly

[00:01:52] He got away from me quickly much like the mailbag Scotty that thing somehow seems full even though we just had a Christmas party

[00:01:58] Let's open that sucker up. Let's do it

[00:02:06] Okay, the first email today is from Jack on ver furth and he says I have to tell you that I am very upset with you for mentioning

[00:02:13] Peter Billingsley and Steve Burns's podcast a cinematic Christmas journey last week

[00:02:18] Yes, it somehow escaped my notice and I have spent much of my time catching up on two years of missed episodes

[00:02:25] It has really disrupted my life in a wonderful way

[00:02:28] Hearing the movies recounted with a big dose of inside baseball is addictive

[00:02:33] And now I have you to thank for bringing it to my attention brain. Are you familiar with this podcast?

[00:02:38] I am familiar with this podcast, but I also was late to the game. I discovered it last

[00:02:43] Last year last holiday season while I was putting up Christmas lights outside

[00:02:49] Ground level because again, I didn't I didn't go over but but I'm gonna overcome that this year

[00:02:55] I'm doing it this year

[00:02:56] I'm going up there and you know worst-case scenario Christmas morning

[00:02:59] It comes to a halt or you find a new co-host because I die. It's a pretty strong but in there

[00:03:04] It's a worst-case scenario anyway. I found it last year and I also fell in love with it

[00:03:10] I I dove deep. I think I've heard every episode even though some of the movies

[00:03:14] I don't really care about it's still interesting to hear about the making of those movies and all that good stuff

[00:03:18] I added it to my pod catcher, but there's something about it

[00:03:21] I haven't been able to start it yet

[00:03:23] I feel like it's a big commitment to take on a new podcast

[00:03:26] I know I'm just being silly about the whole thing

[00:03:28] So I really liked your idea though of listening to it when I put up Christmas lights or what I'm doing some sort of

[00:03:35] Decorating make it a big to do. Yes, that's what I'm gonna try and I listen

[00:03:39] I know your love of Christmas story runs deep and wide and I think you will love

[00:03:46] The the Christmas story episode. Okay lots lots of fun insight there

[00:03:50] They bring on some more of the the kids who are now obviously adults and they all have different

[00:03:55] Recollections of things and it's a good time. Okay, what you just said has inspired me

[00:04:00] I'm gonna specifically listen to the Christmas story episode or multiple episodes if I like it

[00:04:07] Then I can journey on into the others, but we have a subject matter expert on that movie

[00:04:11] So I'm gonna check that one out. That's a great idea. Thank you

[00:04:14] I and I think my I loved the episode they did on the Santa Claus

[00:04:18] That was really interesting they brought in the scriptwriters for that and to hear how it changed from a pretty adult movie

[00:04:24] Where there's like guns and stuff to Disney getting its paws on it and making it kid-friendly in the movie that we know today

[00:04:30] Is a very interesting story as well. I forget that Peter Billingsley actually has a lot of credibility as a director

[00:04:36] He's been an actor and a few things so it's not just two yokels like us doing a movie podcast

[00:04:41] Yeah, and he's like partners creative partners with Vince Vaughn

[00:04:45] So he does a lot of projects with Vince and stuff like that. So who's Steve burn? He's a guy

[00:04:50] I don't actually know he well

[00:04:52] He had a different co-host for season one and then season two in a different way

[00:04:56] So I'm not sure which one is which to be honest with you

[00:04:58] I have another email from Rebecca Porter

[00:05:00] She says I apologize to brand because this email is very Scott specific. It was my favorite

[00:05:05] I'm planning a trip to Colorado in February

[00:05:07] And I'm looking at the various museums and such and found out that wings over the Rockies

[00:05:12] Which is a local museum here is having a Snoopy in the red Baron exhibit right now it ends in September

[00:05:19] Unfortunately, so for Scott he he would have to go read this email pretty quickly

[00:05:23] And I don't know if he has time to go but it seems like it'd be a really cool thing to see

[00:05:27] I totally agree

[00:05:27] I don't know if I'm gonna be able to make it by September 2nd when it closes

[00:05:31] But it does look really cool

[00:05:33] She says for those listeners who don't know there's a great tinsel tunes episode

[00:05:37] Featuring our beloved Scott about the song Snoopy's Christmas that does a great job of going through the history of the song and its versions

[00:05:43] I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't had a chance to listen yet. Well, thank you Rebecca

[00:05:47] That's nice. Also if Scott has suggestions for what I should do with my 18 month old daughter in Denver in February

[00:05:53] Let me know she's a bit young for skiing

[00:05:55] Merry Christmas to you as usual brand if I'm ever visiting South Carolina

[00:05:59] I'll be sure to send a long email specifically directed to you. I appreciate you Rebecca

[00:06:03] I appreciate you letting me know about that

[00:06:05] I don't know if I'm gonna make it but it looks cool. I love Colorado

[00:06:08] So I'm never like the pose to hearing about it. So I like the email

[00:06:12] I got a couple more emails here. These are about Christmas sightings in the wild

[00:06:16] Okay from David Hatfield one of my co-workers works at Lowe's as a second job

[00:06:21] She asked me first thing this morning. Mr. Hatfield guess what came into Lowe's

[00:06:27] She smiled and told me Christmas had started to arrive

[00:06:30] She said trees had come in and they were on the top stack

[00:06:34] I'll be going for a look tonight now, but I did not know that the area up at the top was called the top stack

[00:06:40] Of course it makes sense. I just didn't know the lingo. I've never worked at Lowe's

[00:06:44] You're not hip to the lingo

[00:06:45] So David went to his Lowe's and he took photos and he sent them to us. Look at these brand

[00:06:51] This is legit Christmas. I see a big

[00:06:55] Bumble look at that. I'm seeing the bumble. Is that what you have at your house? Mine's inflatable

[00:07:00] And that's it. I believe that's an inflatable. Okay sound motion mind stop motion activated

[00:07:05] This seems like it's very fancy a very fancy one, but I'm seeing trees and they're all shrink wrapped

[00:07:12] Honestly, this is my favorite thing to see this is the Christmas is about to be here moment when you see these

[00:07:18] If it's on the top stack am I able to let go in there and point up and be like I want that now

[00:07:23] Like how does it work? I don't think so you have to make your case to the store manager

[00:07:28] There'd be unwrapping going on like just be cool, babe. Yeah, but don't put it out there if I can't get it

[00:07:34] That's all I'm saying Brian be cool. All right

[00:07:36] I'll be cool. They changed their whole like system because of me

[00:07:39] Yeah, they're gonna put tarps over it so people like you there's gonna be a meeting at Lowe's corporate about alright guys

[00:07:46] We can't put the Christmas stuff out yet even at the top shelf because somebody's out there asking for

[00:07:51] Guys South Carolina ruined it for everybody through a through a fit when we said no the last email is from Lenora Gilbert

[00:07:58] She said Christmas in the wild has started at our at-home store. We have an at-home

[00:08:04] I always forget to go there because it's not convenient for me

[00:08:07] But it's like a home goods or you know some of those kind of things

[00:08:10] Yeah, and she sent in a few photos here and look how cool this is

[00:08:14] I haven't seen some flowers yet in photos that people have sent in so I'm gonna put all these photos on our

[00:08:19] Instagram and people can check it out some berries look at those berries

[00:08:23] They are berries. Yeah, little red berries and if you haven't checked out our Instagram recently

[00:08:27] I posted all the photos from our party episode on Sunday and there were a lot of them

[00:08:32] I did it all on Saturday night so that they were all there when the episode dropped

[00:08:37] And I thought Instagram was gonna kick me out for doing too many posts at once or something

[00:08:42] Do this be cool. They told me how many they say listen, so we both have our things

[00:08:47] You know that we had to be cool about well

[00:08:49] What are we had a follower wise over on the couldn't tell you I'll tell you right now?

[00:08:53] Okay, but a lot of people

[00:08:55] Really enjoy going to our thing and liking the photos. I always like that the count is high

[00:09:00] I like the way you just described it then go into our thing and like in the

[00:09:09] 542 followers

[00:09:11] 1,000 by the end of the year is that too crazy?

[00:09:14] Yeah

[00:09:14] We could just give up on the review begging and go for followers on Instagram right? I like that

[00:09:19] Let's get to 600 by the end of September a thousand by the end of the year. Is that too crazy?

[00:09:24] No, I don't think that's too crazy and we're a good follow

[00:09:27] We don't post too much. Well, I think there's lots of

[00:09:30] Chris great Christmas accounts out there with the nice reels and the vibes and stuff

[00:09:35] This is stuff. This is personally curated by Scotty from our listeners if yeah, it's from the listeners

[00:09:41] It has to do with our episodes and maybe the occasional video from brand when he finds a Christmas at Lowe's

[00:09:48] But I don't clog up your stories with a bunch of nonsense. It's a good follow. I promise and I just want everyone to know

[00:09:53] I I have started. I know I've given a little bit of update on my you know, Christmas lights

[00:09:59] Switching to color lights and stuff

[00:10:00] but I'm I've already begun working on the vlog that I'm gonna be doing this year about my journey of

[00:10:07] Putting up lights and I'll be sure to make sure that everybody knows when that is when that is out

[00:10:11] Because I think it's gonna be a good time. Is there a container ship from China steaming its way here with lights?

[00:10:17] Yeah, go to the Ali express. It's huge man. It's huge. I got a review if you want it

[00:10:22] Yeah, sure do we don't have any new ones, but this one was already out there. So what can you do?

[00:10:28] The subjects it's from rusty swingle like that

[00:10:32] And the subject is now everyone knows I am a quote Christmas connoisseur

[00:10:38] Rusty says this my name is rusty and I am a Christmas enthusiast. I could

[00:10:42] I could drive people nuts listening to holiday music and I am counting down the days until I can live my Christmas

[00:10:53] Addiction openly without being totally annoying to those around me with that being said you guys make my heart smile

[00:11:00] Every Wednesday knowing I get a dose of my favorite addiction

[00:11:04] Thank you from the bottom of my heart now listen rusty

[00:11:08] There's a lot of stuff out there that you could be addicted to and if Christmas is the greatest of the addictions

[00:11:12] Pretty good life. I got to say pretty good life. Exactly not a degenerative addiction

[00:11:18] That's gonna cause you problems apart from the occasional annoyance of those around you

[00:11:22] But rusty we're not gonna be annoyed with you. You found your people. We're good. We're good and rusty

[00:11:27] I gotta be I gotta tell you something just I've gotten to the point where I just I why hide it

[00:11:32] Why hide it let everybody know and eventually if those that truly love you will accept you as you are rusty

[00:11:38] Just as we do here. That's the same way

[00:11:42] Man, that was a good joke. I don't even know I need another one, but do you have a Christmas joke for us?

[00:11:48] Got it. Yeah, I think you're gonna like this one. All right. We'll see what is an avocado's favorite Christmas song

[00:11:54] Avocados favorite Christmas song

[00:11:57] Green sleeves. No, it's a guac and in a winter wonderland

[00:12:03] Green sleeves was too accurate

[00:12:08] Guac and in a winter wonderland I don't hate it. I'll be honest with you. I don't hate it

[00:12:12] No, we had much much worse. Let's just

[00:12:25] Calm down Brian calm down. I know it's exciting

[00:12:29] 119 not to get ahead of ourselves that means in three weeks. We're gonna be under a hundred. That's crazy

[00:12:34] Is that that's September or sometime around the September 16th Wow, okay, you got it right on top of your head

[00:12:40] That's perfect. Listen, we all have our things

[00:12:43] I like it because then I can pull out my Hallmark countdown to holiday calendar

[00:12:48] The countdown thing that I sent you a picture of last year. Yeah, it only goes to 99 days

[00:12:53] So once it hits that it's on and how far we do October. Oh, we are only 34 days until October 1st Wow

[00:13:03] I think now is a good time Scotty to throw this out there and see and get people's thoughts on this

[00:13:09] Oh, I like so you and I were poking around the idea of

[00:13:13] In October may be going daily

[00:13:16] No, no, what are we doing? What if we did some extra episodes like everything about Christmas morning stays the same

[00:13:23] But what if we did yes for episodes in October of Halloween morning?

[00:13:29] Just extra ones like maybe we'll put it out on a Saturday or something. Yeah, just for fun, you know not to replace Christmas morning

[00:13:36] I don't like it when Christmas podcasts all the sudden become Halloween podcasts in October

[00:13:40] I don't like it when people do that. So we're not talking about that. We're talking about complete extra

[00:13:44] This is icing on top of the frosting Halloween morning. It gets spooky around. We could just do some spooky Halloween

[00:13:52] Specials that are coming on TV some Halloween news battle the monster mash just enjoy it. Just enjoy the extra holiday

[00:14:00] It's obviously a second tier to me underneath Christmas, but I am starting to like it way more than I ever did

[00:14:07] What do the people think let us know? Yeah, let us know if we get enough people that say they're interested

[00:14:11] We'll do it. I like that. I like that a lot. I got some news if you want. Oh, yeah

[00:14:26] That didn't sound good. I think he's gonna be okay here's some fun news for you a

[00:14:32] Okay, I will disable my ad blocker stop yelling at me

[00:14:37] I had to do the same thing when you sent me the word

[00:14:39] Come on. I wanted to incognito mode pause on this do that great. Okay. Here we okay. I did it

[00:14:45] come it

[00:14:46] Let me live

[00:14:47] a Christmas card

[00:14:50] arrives

[00:14:51] after being lost for a

[00:14:54] 121 years Scotty, okay, how did this happen? I don't really know it was originally sent in 1903

[00:15:01] the Christmas themed card was recently delivered to

[00:15:05] Swansea Building Society Craddix Saint

[00:15:08] branch in the UK

[00:15:10] after a 12 decade

[00:15:13] Delay according to the BBC staff said they were looking through

[00:15:17] looking for relatives of a Miss

[00:15:20] Lydia Davies who previously lived at that address and who the card was addressed to with hopes of uniting the card with them

[00:15:30] The postcard is written to a man by a man. He was

[00:15:35] Ewer's is that what you say EW a RT? I don't know he worked. Yeah sure

[00:15:40] That's like a 1900s name who while addressing L said he was so sorry that he couldn't pick up a

[00:15:47] Pair of an unknown item. I don't know what that means

[00:15:51] So this was a grocery list. I don't know the man said that he had about 10 shillings in his pocket

[00:15:59] Not counting train fare, so I'm doing all right

[00:16:02] He said oh, I don't know this sounds like a very personal

[00:16:06] That's the problem with postcards is everybody can read it the question is

[00:16:10] The the spokesperson for the Royal Mail said it is likely that the postcard was put back into our system

[00:16:17] Rather than being lost in the post for over a century

[00:16:21] So for some reason it was taken out of the system and then 12 decades later

[00:16:26] It was put back in the system. No one seems to know why that happened

[00:16:30] But it did happen

[00:16:31] But they say when an item is in our system, we are under obligation to deliver it to the correct address

[00:16:38] No matter if the people have changed or in this case a company has taken over the building

[00:16:45] That's a very nice card though. It's black and white and got a little deer on it

[00:16:49] With some mountains and stuff. It's nice

[00:16:51] It's very nice and it's not every day that you hear about a postcard from 121

[00:16:56] Years ago getting getting delivered so couple thoughts go ahead first. How does this happen?

[00:17:02] It's like, okay, I can see yeah, it fell out of some sorting routine

[00:17:07] 121 years ago, but how do you not find it until that is a hey, Brandon?

[00:17:12] I think I'm gonna go clean that back room. It's time. It's been 121. Oh, no

[00:17:17] And then my mother thought is this sounds exactly like the plot of that show

[00:17:23] You like the sign seal delivered it is that yes, it is that it perfectly, right?

[00:17:28] Except yes, we're not talking about a dedicated team someone's just like I'm just gonna slip this back in the system here

[00:17:34] Oops, I don't know. Yeah, it's that's really something. It's really something but it's nice. It's nice to know, you know

[00:17:41] Maybe I hope that this somehow ends up in the hands of a relative of this person

[00:17:47] Because I think that's pretty neat and is a is definitely a hallmark movie waiting to happen

[00:17:51] And the time travel aspect of it would be very cool. That would make for a very good show

[00:17:55] That's exactly right Brian Brian get right on that travel back to the time to deliver the mail. That's great

[00:18:00] Yeah, I like that. I think we're doing something though. I think we're doing something. Let's take a quick break. Scotty will come back

[00:18:06] We'll see if there's anything on TV that might be tickling our fancy and get to the Christmas music battle here on

[00:18:12] Christmas morning

[00:18:18] We are back hello everybody welcome back to Christmas morning it is late August

[00:18:25] Is it possible though that there's some Christmas TV for us to help?

[00:18:30] Brighten our day with some Christmas cheer

[00:18:32] I think it is possible and so I brought in TV Scotty who's gonna give us the low down on what we can look out for

[00:18:38] Over the next few days TV Scotty hi, you know, what's weird about the TV specials brand is they kind of ebb and flow

[00:18:44] Yeah, sometimes we have a lot sometimes we have less you'd think it would be pretty straight across the board

[00:18:50] So I don't I don't know I know I'm a TV expert, but I still have lots to learn

[00:18:55] Don't we all the never stop learning? That's right

[00:18:58] So here are your Christmas TV specials for the next few days courtesy of mostly Christmas comm

[00:21:58] Instrumental week and we had a very close battle

[00:22:01] In last place was sleigh ride by slowing the boats

[00:22:07] I gotta be honest a little bit hurt a little bit hurt by this third place showing scottie

[00:22:12] I'm surprised. I thought it was a good one thoughts so too, but not good enough apparently in second place

[00:22:16] But only by one vote they lost out by one vote

[00:22:21] So still a great showing 37.6 of the vote

[00:22:25] For the hip-hop trap mix the blue claw orchestra

[00:22:29] I'm surprised this

[00:22:31] Got so many votes. I am too this one was very samey

[00:22:36] It doesn't have a lot of variation, but it is unique. It is something that we haven't brought before

[00:22:41] So I think I might be part of it. Yeah, it was very different. We've never had the trap

[00:22:45] So one vote, but the winner

[00:22:48] By one singular votes

[00:22:51] With 38.9 percent of the vote all I want for christmas

[00:22:54] By ricky lee, which was brought by the listener scottie

[00:22:59] Yes, brought to us by listener molly valelli. I said her name wrong last week

[00:23:04] I said valley she said don't worry it happens all the time. I'm sure it does

[00:23:07] Thank you molly for being cool about it. But good job molly. I just think that this is the clear winner

[00:23:12] I'm surprised of all the weeks where it was really close. I'm surprised, but this is great

[00:23:17] We said this while we were listening to it. We said this well, this one's going to win

[00:23:21] It's fantastic. I thought so but only by one vote man

[00:23:25] It's good. It is real good

[00:23:28] But we got to get to this week scottie. We got to get to this week

[00:23:31] Do you have any trivia for us? We're battling the song merry christmas baby

[00:23:36] Yeah, I do. This is from wikipedia. This is pretty interesting though

[00:23:40] Merry christmas, baby is an r&b standard credited to lou baxter and johnny moore in

[00:23:45] 1947 johnny moore's three blazers recorded the tune featuring vocals and piano by an artist named charles brown

[00:23:51] This is where it gets interesting. Charles brown tells the story of the song

[00:23:55] And he says lou baxter who was a songwriter and used to hang around with johnny moore and the blazers said charles

[00:24:02] I want you to do one of my songs because I need money

[00:24:05] He had to have an operation on his throat because he had throat cancer

[00:24:09] If we did one of his numbers, they would give him a $500 advance

[00:24:12] So I looked in the satchel took the satchel of songs home that night and looked in there

[00:24:16] I looked at all them things but it didn't impress me. I saw merry christmas blues, but the idea struck me

[00:24:22] I said this would be a good idea

[00:24:24] But I didn't like what had been written so I wrote the title merry christmas, baby

[00:24:28] I wrote the words how I was going to sing it and I mapped it out played the piano presented it to johnny moore

[00:24:33] We didn't know it was going to be a big hit, but I thought it was unique

[00:24:35] So I thought that was pretty interesting. It sounds like charles brown wrote the whole thing

[00:24:40] Kind of does it was like someone else gave him a germ of an idea and he took it from there. Yeah, that's funny

[00:24:46] That's interesting. It makes me feel like I should really do a tinsel tunes episode on just that song

[00:24:50] No kidding. That's very what an interesting story. Yeah, uh, let's get to it

[00:24:56] scottie up first is merry christmas, baby by

[00:25:00] higher hands

[00:25:01] Merry christmas, baby

[00:25:05] I'll show you sure did treat me night

[00:25:12] A merry merry christmas, baby

[00:25:23] Gave me plenty of good love this morning

[00:25:27] And I will live in him paradise

[00:25:40] Feeling mighty fine

[00:25:48] I got good music on my whistle tone

[00:26:03] That's good that had a bit of a jack johnson or uh, who's that i'm yours guy jason morass

[00:26:10] Jason morass. Yeah. Yeah, but like with horns and stuff with the horn exactly

[00:26:15] I like it. Have you ever have you ever wondered?

[00:26:18] Uh, next we got merry christmas, baby by vernon garret

[00:26:22] Merry christmas, baby

[00:26:27] Show me good to be

[00:26:29] When I saw this song I listened to it and I thought no somebody just put a james brown song on bandcamp and I checked

[00:27:29] The james brown merry christmas, baby is very different than this. So vernon garret interesting

[00:27:35] There you go. They were uh, a couple of versions in my journey through this that were

[00:27:41] Really good, but like

[00:27:43] Identical, you know, I did like really and I you know, it's tough when you're doing this because it's like

[00:27:47] That's so good and I should just bring that but I torture myself almost indistinguishable from the original that we know

[00:27:54] I torture myself and try to find something unique. Uh, so you never know. Um, but that was great. I love that vernon, baby

[00:28:01] Uh, last but not least this is merry christmas, baby by me and mrs. Lozier

[00:28:05] Merry christmas, baby

[00:28:08] Shouldle tree me now

[00:29:07] Great vocals on that one brand. Yeah, that is a vocal showcase

[00:29:12] For sure. So three really great versions none that take a crazy wild turn

[00:29:17] But three versions that I think are faithful to the song while still making it their own which I which I love

[00:29:22] Definitely we got listener submissions this week from jack on verve earth, mary poltee brad adams lance garmin leigh hodo jessica trinidad

[00:29:29] teahorn and lennora gilbert wow

[00:29:32] Wow, this song really resonated with the people

[00:29:36] It brought it brought the people in how about that? I like that. What are we gonna do next week brim?

[00:29:42] Oh boy, this is tough. We have lots of great options out there. Um, I think i'm gonna go with a song that I

[00:29:50] Really like and that even though it was featured on

[00:29:54] SNL it's still just a great song. I'm gonna go with I wish it was christmas today. Okay, it's a bryan's shearing

[00:30:02] Yeah, that was suggested to us by lance garmin and he said hey this I know this sounds weird

[00:30:07] But there are a lot of covers on bandcamp and he's right. It's a great song

[00:30:11] It's a great song

[00:30:12] I can't think of the song without thinking of jimmy fallon though and like he he was notorious for breaking character

[00:30:18] And I believe he did during the one that i'm thinking of maybe they played it more than once

[00:30:22] So go to bandcamp.com find I wish it was christmas today

[00:30:26] Find a cover of it you like and email it to me at christmas morning podcast at gmail.com. I love it

[00:30:32] I love it

[00:30:33] I can't wait for that and I can't wait for another week of christmas morning because that means we were one week closer

[00:30:37] To christmas and we'll be in a new month next week scottie, which is always very exciting

[00:30:42] That's right. We'll be in the month that we're going to crack 100 which is great heading into the burr months, baby

[00:30:48] And it's pretty much guaranteed that we're going to go to stores and see

[00:30:52] Legit christmas trees like obviously lows that's happening at any time home depot those guys

[00:30:58] Come on depot

[00:30:59] November they're like, oh, maybe we should put out christmas. I guess so

[00:31:15] That's right. Uh until then
